Michael Shomali, founder, is a licensed CPA from British Columbia and the State of California, graduating from California State University in 1994 with a B.S. in accounting. With over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of tax services, tax planning and business structure organization, he is supported by a qualified team of professionals proficient in Canadian and U.S. tax preparation, Canadian corporate work, reviews and bookkeeping.
